SpecificationsThe water in the oil will cause oxidation, to make the oil to be bad, decreasing the thickness of the lube oil film. Then the denaturation of the oil make it polymerize to form macromolecule. The liquid viscosity will change to be the similar as the organic acid, which make the surface of the metal to be corrosion, lower or lose the oil dielectric strength. The coalescence type oil filter developed by our company has the ability of precision filter and high efficiency dehydration together, which can eliminate grain impurity and emusifying water, free water, its separate speed is several times or more than the traditional separate methods in dealing with the oil that contains lots of water(the max is 15%).
System characteristic:
It has two function of collecting precision filter and high efficiency, applying advanced "coalescence-separate" technique, aiming at the features of the kerosene, diesel, steam turbine oil, transformer oil and the difference of the surface tensile to dehydration, high effect dehydration, especially to separate the water from the oil. It has the merit of the vacuum method, centrifugal method unexampled. It can destroy all the oil water emusifying structure. Coming across the grain filter system for three times, it can steadily control the medium cleanliness to the system status to be sure the cleanliness of the oil without the changing of its physics and chemical feature, extern the service time of the oil with small energy consumption, low operation cost, good system configuration and continuous working steadily, which is suitable to work on line.

dehydration system
Coalescence dehydration system is formed by coalescence filter element, which adopts the special polarity structure to separate the free water and emulsify water in the oil when filter by destroying the coalescence water. It will down to the water to the storage tank by gravitational.
